The chefs and their cuisine

Hervé Busson, head of Le Park 45

All of the teams and the Management of the Grand Hotel Cannes are pleased to announce the promotion of Chef Hervé Busson who will head up the Park 45, where he follows in the footsteps of Christophe Poard. Hervé Busson, who assisted Sébastien Broda, highlights Mediterranean cuisine enhanced by carefully selected local and seasonal products.

The pâtissier at Le Park 45, Pascal Picasse is a true artist in his craft and passionate about the creation of deserts. Now 40 years old, he never hesitates to re-examine his practices and set himself new challenges. Always striving for brilliant flavours and aesthetics, seasonal organic and local produce lies at the heart of his creations. With his experience in such Michelin-starred restaurants as “La Côte Saint Jacques” (3*), the “Pic” (2*) and “La Pyramide” (2*), and as a disciple of the legendary Auguste Escoffier, chef Pascal Picasse presents his talents in the kitchens of Le Park 45, working in tandem with the chef Christophe Poard as one of the top teams of the Côte d’Azur.
