Hervé Busson, head of le Park 45

All of the teams and the Management of the Grand Hotel Cannes are pleased to announce the promotion of Chef Hervé Busson who will head up the Park 45, where he follows in the footsteps of Christophe Poard.

Hervé Busson, who assisted Sébastien Broda, highlights Mediterranean cuisine enhanced by carefully selected local and seasonal products
